The Tree
Heart & Life Model
The tree traces the fruit of a life back to its root. Soil is the knowledge we feed on; roots are our understanding; the trunk is wisdom; branches are practice; and fruit is what everyone can see. Fix the root, not the fruit.
The Ship
Household Voyage Model
The family is the ship — Christ is Owner, Scripture is the chart, the husband is captain under authority, the wife the indispensable first mate, the children the crew. Drift is real; the chart is the fixed point we return to.
